Hello, my name is CM, I am a Senior at GCE Lab School. I really enjoy going to school and I like the challenges that are presented to me every day. In my free time, I enjoy my hobby of running my nail art Instagram account, but most of all, I spend my time at the skating rink practicing my figure skating skills. This is a sport that takes a lot of time and devotion and it does get hard sometimes, juggling skating and school. I have dreams to become a surgeon. I can't see myself doing anything else in life other than surgery. I've always wanted to be a surgeon, and I practice my skills every day. I taught myself to suture, and I learn different surgical procedures on computer programs. I have incorporated my love of surgery into other hobbies. I have always enjoyed doing small detailed oriented things like painting, drawing, and nail art. This helps me practice my dexterity. The sport of figure skating helps me practice my resilience, persistence, and confidence.
I created this blog at the beginning of Freshman year and will continue it until the end of Senior year. The purpose of this blog is to document all my action projects and the cool work I do in and outside of school. When it comes time to it, colleges will look at this blog to see all the things I did throughout high school. Think of this as my academic portfolio.
